This journal issue presents a range of multidisciplinary studies focusing on social, educational, religious, and cultural issues within the Indonesian context. The articles examine religious moderation as a conflict reconciliation paradigm in Jayapura, Papua; the cultural concept of baku masuk as a symbol of social harmony in Ambon; and the effectiveness of distance training programs through Kirkpatrick’s evaluation framework. In addition, this issue explores the implementation of blended learning and its impact on training participants, the use of the Tabaraq method in early childhood education, and the utilization of Quizizz as a learning medium to enhance students’ interest in responding to questions. In the fields of supervision and learning, this journal features studies on improving the quality of distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic through academic supervision, the influence of the Simpatika system in enhancing the performance supervision of Catholic Religious Education teachers, and a literature review of educational supervision techniques. Other articles highlight teachers’ analyses in mathematics lesson planning, a comparison of Crossword Puzzle and Chemopoly learning media in relation to students’ cognitive learning outcomes on hydrocarbon concepts, an analysis of pedagogical principles in the implementation of the mathematics curriculum in Islamic boarding schools, and efforts to improve students’ spatial thinking skills through the application of the Blended Learning–Rigorous Mathematical Thinking model. Collectively, these articles provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the advancement of education, learning, and supervision, while strengthening social and cultural harmony in Indonesia.
