About the journal
12 Waiheru welcomes original research articles and scholarly review papers that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in education, training, and religious studies. The journal encourages interdisciplinary perspectives and innovative approaches that engage with contemporary issues at local, national, and global levels. Contributions from academics, researchers, trainers, practitioners, and policymakers are highly encouraged, particularly those bringing insights from diverse and underrepresented contexts.
Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Submissions in English must follow international academic writing standards, while manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia must adhere to Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (EBI).
All manuscripts must be typed using Calibri 12 pt, 1.15 line spacing, A4 paper size, and should be between 4,000–8,000 words in length. Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin with a maximum similarity index of 20%.

c. Citation & Reference Style
The journal uses APA Style 7th Edition. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.
- Minimum 20 references
- At least 80% from primary sources (journal articles, books, official reports)
- At least 80% from the last 10 years

11. Author Responsibilities
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the manuscript
- No ghostwriting or guest authorship is permitted
- All data must be accurate, valid, and accountable
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest
12. Revision and Resubmission
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments and resubmit through the OJS system. A detailed response to reviewers must be included:

13. Final Proof and Publication
Before publication, authors will receive a final proof of their manuscript. Only minor corrections (typographical or formatting errors) are allowed at this stage.
