This edition addresses the overarching theme of values-based educational transformation, professionalism, and technology integration within the context of Islamic education and national education policy. The edition begins with a study of spiritual and cultural motivations within the Islamic boarding school (pesantren) teaching profession, highlighting the significance of devotion and seeking blessings as the primary foundations for fulfilling the role of educators. Furthermore, a discussion of the Islamic education management paradigm demonstrates how educational institutions are responding to contemporary dynamics, particularly in the face of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum.

The issue of teacher professionalism is highlighted through an analysis of opportunities and challenges within the education system, further strengthened by a discussion of the use of the internet as a learning medium in madrasah (Islamic school) environments. It demonstrates a shift toward more adaptive and innovative digital learning. Consistently, the development of digital teaching materials on platforms such as Google Sites and YouTube reflects the implementation of adaptive values of civil servants (ASN) in improving the quality of learning and in the publication of educational materials.

Furthermore, this journal presents ideas for integrating educational technology aligned with Quranic values through an ideal edutech model, particularly in the context of administrative staff training. Methodological aspects are also discussed through effective guidelines for analyzing and interpreting classroom action research data, providing essential tools for teachers to improve the quality of their teaching practices. Furthermore, improvements in the quality of training services are also reviewed through the impact of the habituation agenda at the Ambon Religious Education and Training Center.

In closing, this journal emphasizes the leadership capacity of madrasah principals in implementing the Freedom to Learn policy. Overall, this edition provides a comprehensive narrative of efforts to improve educational quality through the synergy of religious values, educators' professionalism, technological innovation, and an educational governance that adapts to changing times.
